Partnership - Visit from Chile !

Ph.D., Laval University, 2017, Assistant professor, Education Sciences Department, University of Bío-Bío.(Chile). I am currently a research project responsible funded by the National Fund for Scientific and Technological Development (FONDECYT). The goal is to identify Mapuche knowledge enabling contextualisation and territorialisation of intercultural educational projects in the context. Research interests: interculturality of education, anthropology of education, education for Aboriginal peoples, rights of Aboriginal peoples, educational policies and teacher training.
Héctor Torres Cuevas held a public conference , May 2 at noon, whose title was: L’éducation interculturelle dans le contexte des Mapuches : tensions et défis dans La Araucanía, Chili.

Segundo Enrique Quintriqueo Millán
Graduate of Master’s degree at UQAT in 2002 and obtained his Ph.D. at Universidad de Extremadura (Espagne) in2007, he has since been a regular interinstitutional collaborator. Professor at UCT and researcher at the Centro de Investigación en contexto Indígena e Intercultural (CIECII) and at CIERA.
Katerin Elizabeth Arias Ortega
Education Ph.D. student, Universidad Catolica de Temuco (UCT) and assistant researcher to Centro de Investigación en Contexto Indígena e Intercultural (CIECII). She completed an internship at UQAT (Winter 2018) under the supervision of Carlo Prévil, Professor in the Education Sciences Department.
